Delivery at your home in 48 to 72 hours.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. The perfumes, accessories and cosmetics bought on our website are delivered to the address which you provided when placing your order, in Metropolitan France, the European Union.

Be careful. If you order our FiiliT products for a delivery outside Europe, you would be subjected to import tax when your packages will come to destination. The additional customs cost will be at your expense. We recommend you to contact customs service for more information.

To send your purchase as a gift, you have the option to choose a different delivery address by clicking on ”other delivery address“.

This delivery service allows you to receive your product in 48 to 72 hours for any order confirmed before 12:00 noon, provided that our products are in stock. The scheduled delivered are calculated in working days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays not included) for France.

Packages are shipped with a tracking number and off without signature. They can also be shipped and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery because it involves additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

We accept the return of our products if they are in their original condition, in their packaging and have not been used.

If there is a problem with your order, the return shipping charges will be borne by FiiLiT.
We replace or reimburse by bank transfer within 30 days.
