Article 1 - Content and scope of application These general conditions of sale apply automatically to any distance sale of products, concluded between the company Feel Diffusion under the brand FiiLiT, hereinafter FiiLiT, and a consumer.
Orders from professionals or similar persons are therefore excluded and will not be served, in particular when the order that could be placed with us exceeds the normal needs of a consumer or is part of an abnormal flow of orders to the same address. billing or delivery.

In this regard, they are enforceable against him in accordance with the terms of article 1119 of the civil code.

Article 2 PRODUCTS

2.1: Updating information and possible anomalies
If, despite all our vigilance and precautions, material entry or technical errors occur when uploading, we thank you for notifying us, so that we can make the necessary corrections. We reserve the right to correct or modify the content of the Site, at any time and without notice. Article 3 - PRICE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Article 4 ORDER
By order, we mean any order relating to our Products appearing on our site. Acceptance of the order by the seller results from direct delivery of the products ordered. Any order received by the seller is deemed firm and final. It entails full and complete adherence and acceptance of these general conditions of sale and obligation to pay for the products ordered.
4.1 Navigation within the Site
The Internet user can browse freely on the different pages of the Site, without being committed to an order. The Internet user is responsible for telecommunications costs when accessing the Internet and using the site.
4.2 Place an order
Reminder: The Site is available to Individuals. The Buyer further acknowledges that the Conditions of Sale are made available to him in a manner allowing their conservation and reproduction, in accordance with legal provisions. The offers presented by FiiLiT on the Site are valid for the entire duration of their publication on said Site and while stocks last. In order to place an Order, the Buyer must provide FiiLiT with data concerning him and complete an online form accessible from the Site. The sales contract is formed when the Buyer clicks on the “validate” button when confirming the Order. Please note that validation of the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. Until this final step, the Buyer has the possibility of returning to the previous pages and correcting and modifying his Order and the information previously provided. The Buyer is obliged to pay the amount displayed at the end of the verification process, as well as the delivery costs as set out in the Conditions of Sale. The Buyer receives by email, within 24 hours, an acknowledgment of receipt summarizing their Order. The Buyer must therefore provide a valid email address when completing the fields relating to their identity. Suspension of the Order: FiiLiT reserves the right to block or cancel the order placed on the Site, of a Customer with whom there is an arrears of payment or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order unresolved, until 'to resolve the problem, or for a legitimate reason relating to the abnormal nature of the order or a means of payment, in particular when the Customer's Order does not correspond to FiiLiT's offer or in the event of an incorrect address or invalid coordinates.
4.3: Availability of Products
In the event that the ordered item is unavailable, FiiLiT will inform the Customer by email. If he wishes, the Customer may, at his choice, maintain his order while waiting for the availability of the Product, be reimbursed for the price of the unavailable Product without additional compensation, or benefit from a credit of an amount equal to the product price unavailable. Article 5 - Payment and security of payment
The Products will be invoiced to the Buyer on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order. Except for other terms expressly provided for in the special conditions, payment of the price is made in cash when ordering. No order can be taken into account without full payment by this date. Payment for the order can be made: • By bank card via the PAYGREEN platform or by PAYPAL (FiiLiT has no access to these details and does not store them on its servers). • By bank transfer, in this case the FiiLiT bank details appear during validation of the order. The Buyer must have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method he has chosen for his order. FiiLiT cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of one of the payment methods. Any fraudulent use of the bank card will not give rise to reimbursement by FiiLiT. An invoice will be given to the buyer upon request.
Article 6 – RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
FiiLiT retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price (including fees and taxes).Article 7 - Delivery and termination of the contractThe Product will be delivered to the contact details indicated by the Buyer on the form completed during the Order . In the event of an error in the address indicated by the Customer which would result in the return of the package to FiiLiT's warehouses, the Buyer will be required to pay shipping costs again so that the package can be sent back to them. FiiLiT will ship the Product within 48 working hours after validation of the order (preparation time). Delivery times are then those of DHL or Colissimo. If this deadline is exceeded by FiiLiT, an email will be sent to the Buyer and he will have the possibility of canceling the Order and, if his bank account has already been debited, of being reimbursed the price of the Product within 30 days. If the Product is delivered after cancellation of the Order, reimbursement will take place upon receipt by FiiLiT of the Product in its original condition. The return of the Product and the reimbursement of the Buyer will take place under the conditions provided below in Article 9 Withdrawal Period. FiiLiT is relieved of responsibility for delivery in the event of incorrect or missing mention in the delivery address and/or the identity of the Buyer. Upon receipt of the Order, the Buyer is required to indicate in writing his reservations or to refuse the package if it is suspected of having been opened or damaged, and to report it to FiiLiT at the following address: parfumduvoyage@fiilit.com, appearing in the contact section of the 'Contact us' site , no later than the first working day following receipt of the Order. Failing this, the Order will be considered delivered in good condition and will not be subject to any subsequent dispute.

Any order placed on the Site for delivery outside Metropolitan France may be subject to customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes in the country of destination. The payment of these rights and sums is the entire responsibility of the Customer. FiiLiT cannot be held responsible for any delay and/or costs related to product customs clearance operations, and thus disclaims all liability if taxes are not paid by the Buyer. FiiLiT is not required to check/inform the Buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes, the Buyer is required to take these steps.
7.2 Delivery Times
FiiLiT makes its best efforts to deliver to the Buyer as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the delivery area. They are provided for informational purposes only and only apply to Products immediately available. Products ordered that are not immediately available are not affected; you must add the time within which the product is available and the time of the chosen delivery method to estimate the delivery date. However, with regard to contingencies and hazards which are always possible, the maximum delivery time (this time encompassing the preparation time, processing of the Order and the delivery time), to which FiiLiT commits in accordance with the LAW (articles L. 111.1 and L 216-1 of the Consumer Code) is three (3) weeks from validation of the Order. After this period, the Buyer may cancel his order under the conditions and following the terms of articles L 216.2 et seq. of the Consumer Code, by letter or by any other writing on a durable medium, if after contacting us, according to the same terms, to make delivery within a reasonable additional period, FiiLiT did not comply within this period. The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt of your letter or writing informing us of this resolution, unless you have been delivered in the meantime and you agree to keep the Products delivered outside the deadline. However, in accordance with the law, you have the possibility in your capacity as a consumer to immediately terminate the contract, when this date or this period has constituted for you an essential condition of the contract which results from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract or of an express request from you before the conclusion of the contract (for example birthday, party or special event, etc.) In the event of resolution, you will be reimbursed for all amounts paid, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract is terminated.
7.3 Transport risks
The risks of transport to the delivery address are borne by FiiLiT, as Seller, when FiiLiT is responsible for entrusting delivery to a carrier or the Post Office. If the Buyer takes delivery himself at our headquarters in Bièvres, he will bear the risks of transport. When the transport risks are the responsibility of FiiLiT, any finding of missing items and/or damage must be notified by the Buyer to FiiLiT, according to the following terms, in order to allow FiiLiT to make any useful declaration to the carrier .
Apparent damage to the packaging: an immediate report on the packaging and the Products is drawn up if possible, with the carrier, or his agent, on the transport document.
Non-apparent damage to the packaging: a report relating to the packaging and the Products which may be damaged must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (LRAR) and sent by the Buyer and failing that by FiiLiT, to the carrier within three (3) days following receipt. Article 9 – Withdrawal period
If you made a mistake during your purchase or if you have changed your mind, that is also your right. We promise to exchange it or refund it to you. Distance selling on our Site offers you the possibility of withdrawing and returning Products that do not suit you (Art L221-18 of the Consumer Code). You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products to inform FiiLiT of your desire to withdraw without having to provide reasons.

- The return of the package is the responsibility of the Buyer in the following cases:
• Return with request for full refund of the Order,
• Return with request for partial refund of the Order,
• Exchange for another perfume.
When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day. The refund will be made to you after receipt of the complete returned Product and/or proof of proof of its return, in order to check its condition. After inspection, the refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which FiiLiT received the returned Products. The initial shipping costs are included in this refund, the return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer. If all of the returned Products modify the total of the initial Order to the point of bringing it below the minimum purchase amount giving access to free delivery costs, said costs will then be deducted from the refund. FiiLiT will use a bank transfer or directly to your payment account to reimburse you unless you expressly agree to use another means of payment.
Article 10 Resale
The Products offered on the Site are not intended for resale. These Products are sold exclusively on the Site and in a distribution network of partner stores (list on site). Any resale or use for promotional purposes of Products purchased via the Site outside this network and in particular on the Internet is strictly prohibited, and regardless of any damage to the brand or image of the products, may be likely to result in liability. the responsibility of its authors.
Article 11 GUARANTEES

The fiilit.com website is an intellectual work protected by Intellectual Property Law. Any text, drawing, brand, logo, sign, product name, title, sound and music, graphics, video, user interface, visual interface, photography and source code (hereinafter the Content) including, and without this list is exhaustive, the operation, and appearance of this Content, appearing on the site are the exclusive property of FiiLiT, the sole owner of the intellectual property rights and are therefore protected by the texts relating to Intellectual Property. Article 13 Information Technology and Freedoms

They may be communicated to FiiLiT partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders. The Buyer has a right of permanent access, modification, rectification and opposition with regard to information concerning him. The Buyer may exercise this right by contacting FiiLiT via the contact details appearing in the “contact” section of the Site or by writing to FiiLiT 8 Rue de Paris 91570 Bièvres. FiiLiT may send promotional offers by post or email, including newsletters, once the Buyer's consent has been obtained as part of the registration procedure. Article 15 No Partial validity
If one or more provisions of the General Conditions of Sale are held to be invalid or declared as such, the other provisions will retain their full force and scope.
