Shipping and Returns

Delivery in 48 to 72 hours to your home

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. Our perfumes, accessories and beauty products purchased on the site are delivered to the address you gave us when ordering, in Metropolitan France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and in Swiss.

Please note: if you order our FiiliT products for delivery outside the European Union, you will be subject to import obligations and taxes once your package arrives at its destination. Additional customs clearance costs will be your responsibility. We advise you to contact the customs service for more information.

In order to give a gift to someone, you have the option of choosing a different delivery address by clicking on "other delivery address".

Regarding delivery:

This delivery method allows you to receive your package within 48 hours to 72 hours for any order placed before 12 p.m., provided that the products are not out of stock. The announced deadlines are calculated in working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

Packages are shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature. They can also be sent and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

We tolerate the return of our products only if they are in their original condition, in their packaging and unused.

We will replace or refund the products returned by transfer within 30 days.
