Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.

If one of our products doesn't satisfy you or is damaged, you can return it to us! You have 14 days to return your products.

We only accept returns of our products if they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

In the event of a problem with your order, the return shipping costs will be borne by FiiLiT.

We will replace or refund your order. Products will be returned by bank transfer within 30 days.

To guarantee the return of your products, you must send us an email to parfumduvoyage@fiilit.com or by post to 8 rue de Paris, 91570 Bièvres, France, explaining the reason for the return.

Shipping costs are your responsibility unless there is a problem with the order.
