Orders from professionals or similar persons are therefore excluded and will not be served, in particular when the order that may be placed with us exceeds the normal needs of a consumer or is part of an abnormal flow of orders at the same address. billing or delivery.
The sale is deemed to have been concluded on the date of acceptance of the order or on immediate purchase by the seller.
Prior to this date, these conditions of sale are made available to any purchaser for informational purposes.

It is recalled that the validation of the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

FiiLiT markets various products from perfumery, (hereinafter the Products) through its electronic site http://www.fiilit.com, exclusively for non-professional natural person consumer buyers.
Article 2 THE PRODUCTS
First and foremost, FiiLiT products are part of an assumed desire for alternative perfumery and are to this day:

Article 4 ORDER
By order, we mean any order relating to our Products appearing on our site.
The acceptance of the order by the seller results from the direct delivery of the products ordered.
Any order receivedto the seller is deemed to be firm and final.
It entails full adherence and acceptance of these general conditions of sale and obligation to pay for the products ordered.
4.1 Navigation within the Site

In order to place an Order, the Buyer must provide FiiLiT with data concerning him and complete an online form accessible from the Site.
The sales contract is formed when the Buyer clicks on the "validate" button when confirming the Order. It is recalled that the validation of the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

4.3: Product availability

Article 5 - Payment and payment security
The Products will be invoiced to the Buyer on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of validation of the order.
Unless otherwise expressly provided for in the special conditions, payment of the price is made in cash when ordering.
No order can be taken into account in the absence of full payment by this date.
Payment of the ordercan be done:
• By credit card via the PAYGREEN platform or by PAYPAL (FiiLiT has no access to these details and does not keep them on its servers).
• By bank transfer, in this case FiiLiT's bank details appear when confirming the order,
The Buyer must have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method he has chosen for his order.
FiiLiT cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of any means of payment. Any fraudulent use of the bank card cannot give rise to reimbursement by FiiLiT.
An invoice will be given to the buyer on request.
Article 6 - RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
FiiLiT retains full and entire ownership of the products sold until the price has been fully collected (including fees and taxes).
Article 7 - Delivery and termination of the contract
The Product will be delivered to the contact details indicated by the Purchaser on the form filled in when ordering.
In the event of an error in the address indicated by the Customer which would cause the parcel to be returned to FiiLiT warehouses, the Purchaser will be required to pay postage again in order for the parcel to be returned to him.
FiiLiT will ship the Product within 48 working hours after the order has been confirmed (preparation time). Delivery times are then those of DHL or Colissimo.
If this deadline is exceeded by FiiLiT, an email will be sent to the Buyer and the latter will have the possibility of canceling the Order and, if his bank account has already been debited, of being reimbursed the price of the Product. within 30 days.
If the Product is delivered after the cancellation of the Order, reimbursement will take place upon receipt by FiiLiT of the Product in its original condition.
The return of the Product and the reimbursement of the Purchaser will take place under the conditions set out below in Article 9 Withdrawal Period.
FiiLiT is released from responsibility for delivery in the event of an incorrect or missing statement in the delivery address and / or the identity of the Purchaser.
Upon receipt of the Order, the Buyer is required to indicate in writing his reservations or to refuse the package if it is suspected of having been opened or damaged, and to report it to FiiLiT at the following address: parfumduvoyage @ fiilit.com, appearing in the contact section of the 'Contact us' site, no later than the 1st working day following receipt of the Order.

Any order placed on the Site for delivery outside mainland France may be subject to customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes in the country of destination. The payment of these rights and sums is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
FiiLiT cannot be held responsible for any delay and / or costs related to the customs clearance operations of the products, and thus disclaims all liability if taxes are not paid by the Buyer.
FiiLiT is not required to verify / inform the Buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes, the Buyer is required to take these steps.
7.2 Delivery times
FiiLiT makes its best efforts to deliver the Buyer as soon as possible.
Delivery times depend on the delivery area. They are provided for information only and apply only to immediately available Products.
Products ordered that are not immediately available are not affected, the time under which the product is available must be added together with the time of the delivery method chosen to estimate the delivery date.

7.3 Transport risks
The risks of transport to the delivery address are borne by FiiLiT, as Seller, when FiiLiT is responsible for entrusting delivery to a carrier or to the Post Office.
If the Buyer himself takes delivery at our head office in Bièvres, he will bear the risks of transport.
When the transport risks are borne by FiiLiT, any finding of missing items and / or damage must be notified by the Purchaser to FiiLiT, in the following terms, in order to allow FiiLiT to make any useful declaration to the transporter.
Apparent damage to packaging: an immediate report on the packaging and the Products is drawn up if possible, with the carrier, or his agent, on the transport document.

Article 9 - Withdrawal period
If you made a mistake during your purchase or if you changed your mind, this is also your right. We promise to exchange it or refund it to you.
Distance selling on our Site offers you the possibility of withdrawing and returning Products that do not suit you (Art L221-18 of the Consumer Code).
You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products to inform FiiLiT of your desire to withdraw without having to justify the reasons.

The refund will be made to you after receipt of the returned complete Product and / or proof of its return, in order to check its condition. After verification, the refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which FiiLiT. will have received the returned Products. The initial shipping costs are included in this reimbursement, the return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
If all of the returned Products modify the total of the initial Order to the point of bringing it below the minimum purchase amount giving access to free delivery costs, said costs will then be deducted from the refund.
FiiLiT will use a bank transfer to reimburse you or directly to your payment account unless you have expressly agreed to use another payment method.
Article 10 Resale
The Products offered on the Site are not intended for resale. These Products are sold exclusively on the Site and in a distribution network of partner shops (list on site).
