FiiLiT Shipping Policy - Comprehensive and Transparent Service
At FiiLiT, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and transparent delivery so you can enjoy our perfumes as soon as possible. Below, you will find all the information regarding our shipping methods, options, and fees.
Fast Delivery - Shipment in 48 to 72 Hours
Our packages are shipped within 2 days after receiving payment. For deliveries in mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or internationally, your perfumes and accessories ordered on fiilit.com will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout.
- Colissimo (France & International): Delivery within 48 to 72 hours in France. International deliveries take 3 to 8 days, depending on the destination (excluding customs delays).
- Mondial Relay (France & International): Delivery in 3 business days in France and 3 to 6 business days internationally. This service is available in several European countries.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Offered for orders of 69€ or more within the EU and 120€ or more internationally.

Shipping Fees:
- Within the EU: around 6.5€.
- Outside the EU: shipping costs are approximately 30 USD, depending on the destination.
Note: If you order outside the EU, you may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your country's customs service for more information about these fees.
Delivery Options

Colissimo:
- Packages are delivered without a signature. For orders over 5 kg, a signature will be required.
- In the event of absence, the package will be dropped off at the nearest post office and can be collected with a valid ID.
- Tracking number provided after shipment.

Mondial Relay:
- Delivery to Relay Points or home delivery, depending on available options.
- Important: The Relay Points networks for Mondial Relay and Colissimo are different. Be sure to check in advance which service covers your preferred Relay Point.
- You have 8 days to collect your package from a Relay Point. If not collected, the package will be returned, and reshipping costs will be at your expense.
International Shipping and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are calculated based on the order's value before taxes (the "de minimis" threshold). For example:

Receiving Your Package
Your package will be delivered to your mailbox, either at your home or business. If the package is too large, it will be handed over in person (for packages over 5 kg, a signature is required). In case of absence, the package will be left at the nearest post office and can be collected with a valid ID.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at parfumduvoyage@fiilit.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will handle these cases individually, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to return a product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. In the event of an issue with your order, return shipping costs will be covered by FiiLiT. If the package is not collected within the specified time frame (especially in Relay Points), reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back: Once the returned product is received, we will issue a refund within 30 days.
How to submit a return request?
- Log into your account on the online store.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Specify the items to return, a reason for the return, and any notes.
- You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label if the request is approved.
