Our packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. For deliveries to mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or internationally, your perfumes and accessories ordered on fiilit.com will be delivered to the address indicated when placing your order.
Attention: If you order outside the EU, you may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for more information on these fees.

Your parcel will be delivered to your mailbox, whether at home or at your business. If the parcel is not sized correctly, it will be delivered by hand (signature required for parcels over 5 kg). In case of absence, the package will be left at the nearest post office and can be collected upon signature and proof of identity.
If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at parfumduvoyage@fiilit.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will handle these incidents on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.
You have 14 days to return an unused product in its original condition. If there is a problem with the order, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the package is not collected within the allotted time (particularly at a Pickup Point), reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
