Joli Coeur is an acknowledged addiction, an olfactory caress. The opening is a powdery and sophisticated caress where the noble bitterness of raw Cacao meets the sweetness of Almond. Then, the heart blossoms, revealing the carnal richness of Tonka Bean, with its complex facets of almond, blond tobacco and cut hay. Slowly, the trail melts onto the skin in an unforgettable warmth. Bourbon Vanilla from La Réunion, revealing its leathery and spicy notes, intertwines with a subtle Caramel accord and the woody warmth of Sandalwood, creating a sensual and persistent second skin.

A sophisticated and grown-up vision of cocoa. Far from the chocolate bar, it's the raw bean, intense and nobly bitter, that brings a powdery texture from the first moment. Our CO2 extract preserves its olfactory richness without denaturing it, offering buttery and warm notes, without the bitterness of the powder.

The cacao journey begins in the heart of West Africa, on plantations where respect for the land and people is a prerequisite. It's a story of transformation: from the colorful pod to the fermented and then roasted bean, from which a precious absolute is extracted, revolutionizing gourmand notes in perfumery.

Agroforestry programs supported by the sector recreate real ecosystems. Cocoa trees grow in the shade of taller trees, which promotes incredible biodiversity, improves soil fertility, and eliminates the need for pesticides.
Tonka Bean (Brazil) · Heart note
Treasure of the Amazon, the Tonka bean is the fragrance's carnal and addictive heart. Hand-harvested deep in the forest, it unfolds an enchanting richness of almond, vanilla, blond tobacco and freshly cut hay notes.

Our journey takes us along the Amazon River, to meet the people of the forest. The Tonka harvest is a tradition. After falling from the tree, the beans are collected one by one, dried for almost a year, then immersed in alcohol to reveal the coumarin crystals, this white 'frost' that concentrates the power of their fragrance.
Impact
Wild harvesting of the Tonka bean is one of the most powerful bulwarks against deforestation. By giving economic value to a standing tree, we help local communities protect their territory and the invaluable biodiversity of the Amazon.
Caramel Accord (France (Laboratory)) · Base note
A regressive and perfectly controlled gourmand accord. This accord recreates the smell of melting and browning sugar, bringing roundness and an irresistible milky touch to the trail, without ever falling into the easy or excessive sweetness.

Vanilla (Réunion Island) · Base note
The black gold of Réunion Island. This is the famous Bourbon Vanilla, benefiting from a PGI, treated here with the utmost elegance. Far from sugary clichés, it reveals its true nature: a sensual facet, delicately leathery, spicy and subtly smoky.

The soul of this vanilla is linked to the destiny of Edmond Albius. In 1841, this 12-year-old slave, passionate about botany, discovered the process of manual pollination of the flower. A precise gesture, repeated today by 'matchmakers', which has made La Réunion the birthplace of the world's most renowned vanilla. It is this know-how, born from a flash of genius, that we honor in this fragrance.

Definitions of top, heart and base notes
Top notes: generally hesperidic (citrus) and aromatic families (e.g. orange, yuzu, eucalyptus). Their intensity is very high at 0 h and drops quickly after a few hours. This is the expected behaviour of these volatile notes, which define the first impression of the perfume.
Heart notes: generally floral, spicy or fruity families (e.g. fig leaf, cherry blossom, tuberose). Their intensity is moderate at first, peaks around 6 h, then gradually fades. They form the character and main theme of the perfume.
Base notes: generally woody, amber, leathery or chypre families (e.g. vetiver, vanilla, sandalwood, patchouli). They start with a low intensity that increases and stabilises to become dominant after 12 h and 24 h. They form the sillage and ensure the perfume's longevity.
Our perfumers pair the most volatile raw materials with base or structural notes to improve their natural longevity.
Does the perfume change on my skin?
The notes of each Parfum du Voyage react differently on every skin, creating subtle or sometimes striking variations that reflect your individuality. When you wear one of our perfumes, you live a personal olfactory experience that no one else can copy.
Ingredients chosen one by one. Essential oils, absolutes, natural extracts: our perfumers in Grasse work with materials sourced at origin, from supply chains we know by name.
87% to 100% of natural origin. When a composition calls for it, a few high-quality synthetic molecules extend a note or sharpen its colour. They enhance nature, they never replace it.
A readable formula. The full ingredient list is on every product page: you know exactly what you wear.
One bottle for life. We are constantly working to reduce our impact: your 50 ml refills with our 100 ml and 200 ml refills. Keep the bottle, only buy the fragrance again.

To fill the 11 ml travel bottle or the 50 ml bottle with a 200 ml refill, follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the pump of the refillable 50 ml or 11 ml bottle, counter-clockwise (to the left).
2. Screw the "funnel" tip of the refill onto the bottle to refill, clockwise.
3. Once screwed on tightly, the bottle fills by itself thanks to the air intake. If it does not fill immediately, shake the refill gently to help the perfume flow down. Wait until the bottle is full. When there are no more bubbles in the refill, filling is complete.
4. Unscrew the refill by its tip, holding it firmly.
5. Screw the pump back onto your bottle. You are ready to wear it.
Note: when handling the refill, take care not to unscrew the "funnel" tip from its 200 ml bottle.
Store your refill away from light and heat to preserve the quality of your perfume.

We carefully pack your perfumes as quickly as possible after your order (usually one working day). Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email to track it. Delivery time depends on your location (about 3 working days for France, 4 to 5 days for neighbouring countries, one week to 10 days for the rest of the EU and about 2 to 3 weeks for international destinations such as the US, Canada or South Korea).

Buyer protection
You have 14 days from receipt to return a product in its complete original packaging. You may open it to look at it, but not use it: if the contents have been used, taken out or refilled, the depreciation is deducted from the refund.
