Faced with a conventional perfumery that seemed to have lost its soul, standardized and opaque, the idea of an "Authentic Workshop" was born.

Once upon a time, not a simple adventure, but a quest for meaning undertaken by two sensitive travelers seeking their place in a world with an often frenetic pace, where the dominant system can leave little space for deep connection. Their exploration of the world was not an escape, but an inner journey to know themselves, to find themselves, to reconnect with their own nature and the larger one that surrounded them. They were looking for an answer to the feeling of disconnection, an alternative to superficiality.
Travel nourished their senses: the beauty of landscapes and faces for sight, the richness of music and languages for hearing, the diversity of textures and know-how for touch... They learned the art of plants, discovered ancestral gestures. Yet, they felt that a key was missing, a deeper meaning capable of linking all these experiences, a potential often overlooked. It was through contact with cultures and their preserved environments that they discovered this path: that of scents, the living memory of places and souls, heir to the wisdom of phytotherapy and aromatherapy. They learned how, for generations, plants, resins, and flowers had been bridges to the essential, offering a gentle and profound solution to inner and outer turmoil. The idea became obvious: why not create a bridge between these worlds? Found a place where the art of perfume would rediscover its living and true roots. Thus was born the dream of "L'Atelier Authentique": a space dedicated to the creation of Living Perfumes, where French artisanal know-how would combine with flawless ethics – respectful sourcing, sustainable practices and clear transparency about our commitments and processes – and where the heritage of phytotherapy and aromatherapy would infuse each creation.
At the heart of this Workshop, Alchemists of Essences take over. Amélie Bourgeois and Anne-Sophie Behaguel, visionary creators of the house of Flair, explore rare olfactory territories with total artistic freedom, weaving works of art from precious materials and pure emotions. At their side, Stéphanie Bakouche, guardian of the Grasse tradition and founder of Sensaba, composes olfactory symphonies of rare sophistication, rooted in her deep love for natural raw materials and an ethical approach. Together, they bring to life the Living Perfumes, the fruits of exceptional craftsmanship and a relentless quest for excellence.

His meticulously selected discoveries not only respect nature, but also honor the ancestral know-how of the people who cultivate them. Thanks to partnerships with local NGOs, he guarantees fair compensation and perpetuates these traditions, while reconciling perfumery with its most noble and authentic origins.
