The notes of each FiiLiT fragrance react differently on each skin type, creating subtle or sometimes obvious variations that reflect your individuality. When you wear one of our fragrances, you experience a personalized and inimitable olfactory experience. If you want to fill the 11mL or 50mL travel bottle with a 200mL refill, follow these steps:

1. Unscrew the pump from the 50mL or 11mL refillable bottle counterclockwise (to the left).

2. Screw the "funnel" tip of the refill clockwise onto the bottle to be refilled.

3. Once screwed on tightly, the bottle will fill itself thanks to the airflow. If it does not fill immediately, shake the refill gently to help the perfume flow down. Wait until the bottle is full. When there are no more bubbles in the refill, filling is complete.

4. Unscrew the refill by the tip, holding it firmly.

5. Screw the pump back onto your bottle. All you have to do is apply your perfume.

Note: When handling the refill, be careful not to unscrew the "funnel" tip from its 200mL bottle.
Keep your refill away from light and heat to maintain the quality of your perfume.

Fast Delivery - Dispatched within 48 to 72 hours

Our packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. For deliveries in mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or internationally, your perfumes and accessories ordered on fiilit.com will be delivered to the address indicated in your order.

• Colissimo (France & International): Delivery within 48 to 72 hours for France. International deliveries take 3 to 8 days, depending on the destination (excluding customs).
• Mondial Relay (France & International): Delivery in 3 business days in France and 3 to 6 business days internationally. This service is available in several European countries.

Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping: Free for orders of €69 and over in the EU and €120 and over internationally.
• Shipping Fees:
  • Inside the EU: approximately €6.50.
  • Outside the EU: Shipping fees are approximately USD 30, depending on the destination.

Attention: If you order outside the EU, you may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for more information on these fees.

Delivery Options

• Colissimo:

  • Packages are delivered without a signature. For orders over 5 kg, a signature will be required.
  • In case of absence, the package will be left at the nearest post office and can be collected upon presentation of ID.
  • Tracking number provided after shipment.

• Mondial Relay:

  • Delivery to a Relay Point or to your home depending on the options available.
  • Important: The Relay Point networks for Mondial Relay and Colissimo are different. Be sure to check in advance which of these services serves your preferred Pickup Point.
  • You have 8 days to collect your package from the Pickup Point. After this period, the package will be returned, and you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

International Shipping and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. The calculation of these fees depends on the order value before taxes (the "de minimis" threshold). For example:

Receiving Your Parcel

Your parcel will be delivered to your mailbox, whether at home or at your business. If the parcel is not sized correctly, it will be delivered by hand (signature required for parcels over 5 kg). In case of absence, the package will be left at the nearest post office and can be collected upon signature and proof of identity.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at parfumduvoyage@fiilit.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will handle these incidents on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days to return an unused product in its original condition. If there is a problem with the order, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe (particularly at a Pickup Point), reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

• Satisfied or Refunded: Once the product is returned, we will refund you within 30 days.

How to submit a return request?

3. Indicate the items to be returned, a reason for the return, and an explanatory note.
4. You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label if the request is approved.
