The notes in each FiiLiT fragrance react differently on each skin type, creating subtle or sometimes obvious variations that reflect your individuality. If you want to fill the 11mL or 50mL travel bottle with a 200mL refill, follow these steps:

1. Unscrew the pump from the 50mL or 11mL refillable bottle, counterclockwise (towards the left).

2. Screw the “funnel” tip of the refill onto the bottle to be refilled clockwise.

3. Once screwed tightly, the bottle fills itself thanks to the air intake. If it doesn't fill immediately, shake the refill lightly to help the scent go down. Wait until the bottle is full. When there are no more bubbles in the refill, filling is complete.

4. Unscrew the refill from the tip, holding it firmly.

5. Screw the pump back onto your bottle. All you have to do is perfume yourself.

Point of attention: When handling the refill, be careful not to unscrew the “funnel” tip of its 200mL bottle.
Store your refill away from light and heat, in order to maintain the quality of your perfume.

Our perfumes, accessories and beauty products purchased on the fiilit.com website are delivered to the address you gave us when ordering, in Metropolitan France, European Union.

Please note: if you order our FiiliT products for delivery outside the European Union, you will be subject to import obligations and taxes once your package arrives at its destination. Additional customs clearance fees will be your responsibility. We advise you to contact the customs service for more information.

In order to give a gift to someone, you have the option of choosing a different delivery address by clicking on "other delivery address".

Regarding Colissimo delivery: This delivery method allows you to receive your package within 48 hours to 72 hours for any order placed before 12 p.m., provided that the products are not out of stock. The delivery times announced are calculated in working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for Metropolitan France.

Packages are shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature. They can also be sent and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. If one of our products does not satisfy you or if it is damaged, you have the option of sending it back to us! You have 14 days to ship your products back to us. We tolerate the return of our products only if they are in their original condition, in their packaging and unused. In the event of problems with your order, reshipment costs will be borne by FiiLiT. We will replace or refund the products returned by transfer within 30 days.
