Would you like to return a parcel? Here’s how to do so in three steps.
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving it: “Exercise your right of withdrawal” form, by e-mail at [EMAIL] or via WhatsApp on +33 7 83 98 77 75. You are not required to state a reason.
- Choose your shipping method: you can send the parcel yourself using the carrier of your choice (tracked shipping recommended), or request a Colissimo return label: we will send you its price and a secure payment link, followed by the label to print.
- Return the product within 14 days of notifying us, preferably in its original packaging, to: FEEL DIFFUSION SAS (FiiLiT Parfum du Voyage), 8 rue de Paris, 91570 Bièvres, France.
Return costs are at your expense, except for defective, damaged or incorrect products (in that case, attach a photo and we will cover the shipping costs).
