Delivery, returns and secure payment
At Parfum du Voyage, we make it a point of honor to ensure fast, secure, and transparent deliveries so that you can enjoy our fragrances as quickly as possible. Discover below all the information regarding our delivery methods, options, and fees.
Fast Delivery - Dispatched within 48 to 72 hours
Our packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. For deliveries in mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or internationally, your perfumes and accessories ordered on fiilit.com will be delivered to the address indicated in your order.
- Colissimo (France & International): Delivery within 48 to 72 hours for France. International deliveries take 3 to 8 days, depending on the destination (excluding customs).
- Mondial Relay (France & International): Delivery in 3 business days in France and 3 to 6 business days internationally. This service is available in several European countries.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Free for orders of €69 and over in the EU and €120 and over internationally.

Shipping Fees:
- Inside the EU: approximately €6.50.
- Outside the EU: Shipping fees are approximately USD 30, depending on the destination.
Attention: If you order outside the EU, you may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for more information on these fees.
Delivery Options

Colissimo:
- Packages are delivered without a signature. For orders over 5 kg, a signature will be required.
- In case of absence, the package will be left at the nearest post office and can be collected upon presentation of ID.
- Tracking number provided after shipment.

Mondial Relay:
- Delivery to a Relay Point or to your home depending on the options available.
- Important: The Relay Point networks for Mondial Relay and Colissimo are different. Be sure to check in advance which of these services serves your preferred Pickup Point.
- You have 8 days to collect your package from the Pickup Point. After this period, the package will be returned, and you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
International Shipping and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. The calculation of these fees depends on the order value before taxes (the "de minimis" threshold). For example:

Receiving Your Parcel
Your parcel will be delivered to your mailbox, whether at home or at your business. If the parcel is not sized correctly, it will be delivered by hand (signature required for parcels over 5 kg). In case of absence, the package will be left at the nearest post office and can be collected upon signature and proof of identity.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at parfumduvoyage@fiilit.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will handle these incidents on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to return an unused product in its original condition. If there is a problem with the order, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe (particularly at a Pickup Point), reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
- Satisfied or Refunded: Once the product is returned, we will refund you within 30 days.
How to submit a return request?
- Log in to your account on the online store.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Indicate the items to be returned, a reason for the return, and an explanatory note.
- You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label if the request is approved.
