How does the "Scenography Credit" (POS Discounts) work?
To help you animate your point of sale, we have set up a progressive reward pool. From €400 Net in retail product purchases (excluding the fixed implantation offer), a discount automatically applies to your POS items (testers, scent strips, pouches). This discount is 8% of your perfume total starting at €400, 10% from €600, 12% from €1000, and 15% from €2000.
Note: This credit is exclusively valid on sales materials and cannot be used to discount the price of the perfumes.
What are the minimum order requirements and shipping costs?
• Minimum restock: €100 Net.
• Free shipping: Available for orders over €200 Net for France and Europe (€25 fee for orders below this amount). For Switzerland, free shipping starts at €300 Net, and €400 Net for Overseas territories.
What are the delivery times and payment terms?
Orders are dispatched quickly. Allow 2 to 5 business days for Europe. For Switzerland, delivery takes approximately 10 days, and 3 weeks for Overseas destinations.
Payment is due 30 days net after delivery.
What should I do in case of a delivery issue or breakage?
If you notice damage caused by the carrier, please notify us with supporting photos within 48 hours. For any other incident or packing error, please contact us by email within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

A "Living Perfume" is an olfactory creation composed of a vast majority of exceptional natural ingredients. Unlike classic, often standardized perfumes, a Living Perfume evolves uniquely upon contact with your skin, creating a signature that belongs only to you. It is a deeply personal experience, designed for your well-being and to reconnect you with the Power of Nature.
What is the difference between FiiLiT perfumes and commercial perfumes?
FiiLiT perfumes stand out in several ways:

How do the refillable bottles work?
The FiiLiT refill system is simple and eco-friendly:
1. Unscrew the pump of the 50mL or 11mL refillable bottle (counter-clockwise).
2. Screw the "funnel" tip of the refill onto the bottle to be refilled.
3. The bottle fills automatically thanks to the air vacuum.
4. Once filling is complete, unscrew the refill and screw the pump back onto your bottle.
This system significantly reduces waste and environmental impact while preserving the quality of the perfume.
Are your perfumes truly ethical and sustainable?
Our philosophy and mission are based on an ethical charter that is the foundation of the brand. This is the heart of our "Authentic Atelier". Our commitment is tangible:

• French craftsmanship: Our perfumes are created in France by talented, independent female perfumers.
• Sustainable approach: Our bottles are refillable to minimize our ecological footprint.
• Social commitment: The packaging of our perfumes is entrusted to an ESAT, an establishment that helps people with disabilities find employment.
How long do FiiLiT perfumes last on the skin?
FiiLiT perfumes are "eaux de parfum," featuring a higher concentration of essential oils than classic "eaux de toilette," which gives them excellent longevity. However, our ethical formulation charter prohibits the use of overly heavy molecules that do not break down in the environment, particularly in waterways.
The exact duration varies depending on several factors:
• Skin type (dry, oily, neutral)
• The olfactory family of the perfume (woody and oriental notes generally last longer)
• Environmental conditions (heat, humidity)
• Application (on pulse points and hydrated skin for better longevity)
On average, our perfumes offer a lasting power of 6 to 14 hours, with a subtle yet present sillage.
