From €400 Net in retail product purchases (excluding the fixed implantation offer), a discount automatically applies to your POS items (testers, scent strips, pouches). This discount is 8% of your perfume total starting at €400, 10% from €600, 12% from €1000, and 15% from €2000.

If you notice damage caused by the carrier, please notify us with supporting photos within 48 hours. For any other incident or packing error, please contact us by email within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

The FiiLiT refill system is simple and eco-friendly:
1. Unscrew the pump of the 50mL or 11mL refillable bottle (counter-clockwise).
2. Screw the "funnel" tip of the refill onto the bottle to be refilled.
3. The bottle fills automatically thanks to the air vacuum.
4. Once filling is complete, unscrew the refill and screw the pump back onto your bottle.
This system significantly reduces waste and environmental impact while preserving the quality of the perfume.

FiiLiT perfumes are "eaux de parfum," featuring a higher concentration of essential oils than classic "eaux de toilette," which gives them excellent longevity. However, our ethical formulation charter prohibits the use of overly heavy molecules that do not break down in the environment, particularly in waterways.
The exact duration varies depending on several factors:
• Skin type (dry, oily, neutral)
• The olfactory family of the perfume (woody and oriental notes generally last longer)
