It's the story of an Andalusian summer. While people chat in the square, white laundry at the windows, a light scent of mandora makes us turn our heads.
A diaphanous silhouette takes shape.
Amante is a fresh fragrance, bursting with citrus. Fig leaves, like flickering fabrics, dance between its aerial notes.
Famille olfactive : Hesperide / Green & Woody
L'évolution du parfum
Amante is a statement. The opening is a wave of bright, incandescent light where the juicy brilliance of Mandora dances with the floral freshness of Neroli. After a few hours, its intense and vibrant vegetal heart unfolds. It reveals the green, crisp and delicately milky notes of Fig Leaf. The trail finally settles on the skin, deep and refined, where the woody and smoky roots of Vetiver are enveloped by the cottony softness of white musks for an unforgettable signature.
A juicy sun captured in a bottle. A rare and natural hybrid between orange and mandarin, Mandora offers a vibrant, sparkling and incredibly multifaceted citrus burst, instantly evoking the joy of Andalusian summers.
Origine & récolte
Our quest for the perfect citrus fruit led us to Cyprus, the birthplace of the Mandora. There, meeting passionate farmers who have cultivated this fruit as a family treasure for generations was a natural occurrence. It's the story of a fruit brimming with sunshine and expertise.
History & Origins
The Mandora is a local celebrity in Cyprus, resulting from a natural hybridization (spontaneous crossing) between the orange tree (Citrus sinensis) and the mandarin tree (Citrus reticulata). Its story is one of agriculture, a fortunate accident that Cypriot farmers have preserved and cultivated.
Uses of Yesterday and Today
Primarily consumed as a table fruit in Cyprus, the Mandora remains very rare outside its island of origin. Its use in perfumery is still confidential, making it a choice ingredient for niche houses seeking originality.
The Benefits of the Matter
In aromatherapy, citrus essential oils are known for their mood-boosting and energizing effects. The scent of Mandora is associated with anxiety dissipation and the promotion of a positive mood.
Impact
By valuing a local and specific culture, we help maintain agricultural diversity in the face of citrus standardization and support an island economy.
On the island of copper, where Love was born, A secret fruit drinks in the light. Its zest bursts forth, promise of a day Sweeter, brighter, far from bitter roads. A journey towards pure joy, the carelessness of an endless summer.
La Mandora is a gift for a perfumer. It has the freshness of mandarin and the roundness of orange. My intention was to capture that burst of the first second, that feeling of squeezing zest and releasing a crazy energy.
Mandora is our love at first sight. We were looking for a citrus fruit with a story, a unique character. Its rarity and its olfactory profile, both sweet and intense, make it the perfect opening for a fragrance that celebrates passion.

The pure elegance of bitter orange blossoms. Neroli brings a floral, fresh and delicately bitter light, like a gentle breeze crossing a flower-filled patio in Seville. It marks the opening of the fragrance with timeless sophistication.
Origine & récolte
Our journey takes us to the Cap Bon region of Tunisia, where, in spring, the air is fragrant with orange blossom. Witnessing the manual harvesting, a precise ballet where each flower is picked one by one, is to experience the preciousness and ancestral know-how of this ingredient.
History & Origins
Neroli owes its name to Anne-Marie Orsini, Duchess of Bracciano and Princess of Nerola (Italy), who, in the 17th century, started the fashion of scenting her gloves and bath with the essence of bitter orange blossom. This fragrance then became synonymous with aristocratic elegance.
Uses of Yesterday and Today
Once a fragrance of royal courts, Neroli is a pillar of luxury perfumery and Eau de Cologne. Orange blossom floral water (hydrolat) is widely used in pastry making and cosmetics for its soothing properties.
The Benefits of the Matter
Queen of aromatherapy, Neroli essential oil is a powerful nervous system rebalancer. It is used to calm anxiety, panic attacks and stress, and to promote restful sleep.
Impact
Growing bitter orange trees in orchards helps fight soil erosion and maintain ecosystems rich in biodiversity, sheltering many pollinating insects.
In the gardens of Cap Bon, under a clear sky, Each flower is a star, handpicked. Its white and green fragrance, fleeting and unparalleled, Is a princess's sigh, a divine breath. A journey towards elegance, the purity of a precious moment.
Neroli is a demanding material, which can quickly become soapy. I worked with its vegetal freshness and slight bitterness so that it remains lively and sparkling. It is what gives the fragrance its "crisp white shirt" aspect.
Neroli is the touch of absolute refinement. It brings a floral complexity and a noble bitterness to the freshness of Mandora. It is the fragrance of Andalusian palaces, an elegance that transcends time.
The information is given for guidance only. A perfume is a cosmetic product. Neroli essential oil contains allergens (linalool, limonene, geraniol). Cannot replace medical advice.
The secret of an Andalusian garden. This accord unfolds a green, vegetal and surprisingly milky facet. It is the cool and comforting shade of a fig tree in midsummer, a carnal note that brings a fruity sweetness and an unexpected depth.
Origine & récolte
The quest for the perfect fig leaf is a stylistic exercise for the perfumer. A stationary journey into memories of naps in the shade of fig trees in Provence or the Cyclades, to capture that unique scent, at once green, woody and creamy.
History & Origins
The fig tree (Ficus carica) is one of the first fruit trees domesticated by humans, originating in the Middle East. It is a symbol of fertility, peace, and abundance in many Mediterranean cultures and in biblical texts (the fig leaf being a mistranslation).
Uses of Yesterday and Today
While the fruit has been consumed for millennia, the use of the leaf in perfumery is a modern invention, popularized by the fragrance 'Philosykos' in 1996. Since then, it has become an iconic note in green and Mediterranean fragrances.
The Benefits of the Matter
In herbalism, fig leaves are used in infusions for their relaxing and digestive properties. Olfactively, the note is associated with calm and well-being.
Impact
Using an accord protects the natural resource (the fig tree) and avoids potentially photosensitizing components present in the natural leaf.
Against the wall of a whitewashed patio, The powerful tree spreads its broad hands. Its green and milky scent, neither false nor overly beautiful, Is the refuge of clandestine loves. A journey towards the siesta, the languor of a controlled heat.
Recreating the scent of a fig leaf is a perfumery classic. My goal was to find a perfect balance between the crisp green (Stemone), the milky-coconut aspect (Gamma Octalactone) and a woody facet to avoid it being purely descriptive. It's a painter's work.
The fig leaf, it's the scent of our Mediterranean summers. We wanted this green and creamy heart to embody the vegetal and sensual side of Andalusia, far from purely hesperidic clichés.
The accord is a cosmetic creation. Natural fig leaf can be photosensitizing; using an accord avoids this risk while recreating the desired scent.
The crisp greenness of orchards. Distilled from the leaves and twigs of the lemon tree, petitgrain offers a herbaceous and zesty freshness, with a woody and bitter edge. It's the vibrant, vegetal heart of the fragrance, full of character.
Origine & récolte
It's a story of rediscovery. Long overshadowed by the fruit, lemon leaves reveal a fragrance of surprising greenness and complexity. It's the scent of the wind in the lemon groves of the Amalfi Coast after pruning.
History & Origins
The term 'Petitgrain' originally designated the essential oil extracted from the small green fruits (small grains) of the bitter orange tree. By extension, the name has remained to designate the essential oils resulting from the distillation of the leaves and twigs of various citrus fruits, such as the lemon tree here.
Yesterday's and Today's Uses
Traditionally used in Eau de Colognes for its lively freshness, Petitgrain is now a key ingredient to bring a green, natural and complex facet to floral and hesperidic compositions. The valorization of the leaves makes it an example of circular economy in the industry.
The Benefits of the Matter
In aromatherapy, petitgrain oils are known for their balancing properties on the nervous system, helping to calm agitation while stimulating the mind. They are also antiseptic and toning for the skin.
Impact
This approach maximizes the use of every part of the plant and drastically reduces agricultural waste, transforming 'waste' into treasure.
On the Amalfi Coast, where the azure shines, The tree offers more than its fruit, an unheard-of treasure. The crushed leaf releases a bold, green fragrance, The vibrant soul of the lemon tree, a breath of life. A journey towards vitality, the freshness of pure sap.
I used Petitgrain Citronnier for its complexity. It's not just green, it's also floral and woody. It reinforces the 'crushed leaf' facet of the fig accord and brings an elegant bitterness that interacts with the Neroli. It's a structural note, essential to the perfume's balance.
Petitgrain Lemon is our secret for a lasting greenness. It brings a tension, a vibrancy that prevents the fragrance from becoming too sweet. It's the note that snaps, awakens, and makes the perfect link between the top citrus notes and the woody base.

The grounding of Andalusian earth. Vetiver unfurls its roots to offer a woody, earthy and subtly smoky signature. It's the end-of-day trail, a touch of refinement that anchors the fragrance over time.
Origine & récolte
Our adventure takes us to the Cayes region, in southern Haiti. It's a story of resilience. Entire communities live off this root. To smell the powerful scent of the freshly unearthed root is a humbling experience.
History & Origins
Native to India, where it is called 'khus', vetiver is a herbaceous plant whose roots are used. Its name comes from the Tamil word 'vettiveru'. Used since antiquity in India for its virtues and fragrance, it only arrived in Europe in the 19th century.
Uses of Yesterday and Today
In India, vetiver roots were woven into fans, mats, or screens which were sprinkled with water to cool and perfume the air during the monsoon season. Today, it is one of the pillars of men's perfumery and a key ingredient in luxury woody and chypre fragrances.
The Benefits of the Matter
In Ayurvedic medicine and aromatherapy, Vetiver essential oil is the 'oil of tranquility'. It is used for its deeply relaxing properties, aiding grounding and blood circulation.
Impact
Vetiver's dense and deep root system is a natural bulwark against soil erosion, a major ecological issue in Haiti. Its cultivation actively participates in the regeneration of agricultural lands.
On the red earth of Haiti's hills, The root plunges, quiet force. Its scent of earth, smoke and rain Is the memory of fertile soil. A journey towards the essential, the strength of our roots.
Vetiver is a masculine classic that I love to feminize. Here, I used it for its nobility and verticality. It contrasts with the roundness of the fig and extends the freshness of the citrus fruits, giving it a crazy depth and elegance.
The Haitian Vetiver is, for us, the most beautiful in the world. It has this "roasted hazelnut" and smoky facet that no other has. It's the note that brings the character, the relief, the racy and unforgettable signature to Amante.

The softness of a cotton veil on the skin. White Musks create a clean, round and incredibly soft trail. It's a pure and enveloping aura that softens the woody base and prolongs the fragrance's freshness for hours.
Origine & récolte
The adventure of musks is that of science serving ethics and art. It began at the end of the 19th century to replace a cruel substance and is now refined with green chemistry to create molecules that are safe for humans and the environment.
History & Origins
Synthetic musks were discovered at the end of the 19th century, initially to replace tonkin musk, a very expensive and cruelly obtained animal raw material. Since then, chemistry has continuously innovated to create more effective, safer, and more sustainable molecules.
Uses of Yesterday and Today
First used as substitutes, white musks have become a fragrance family in their own right, essential to modern perfumery. They are the base of most perfumes for their ability to fix other notes and create a comfortable and long-lasting trail.
The Benefits of the Matter
Although synthetic, white musks are designed to evoke sensations of cleanliness and comfort, which can have a calming and stress-reducing psychological effect.
Impact
The use of synthetic musks is the quintessential ethical alternative to animal-derived musks. Modern molecules are designed to be non-bioaccumulative, unlike the older generation of nitro musks, which are now banned.
On bare skin, a breath of light, An invisible caress, soft and familiar. Neither flower nor wood, an aura of substance, The memory of the self, a second atmosphere. A journey towards intimacy, the purity of a personal trail.
I used a cocktail of modern musks for their different facets. Helvetolide for its fruity-pear note that brightens the top, and Ambrettolide for its powdery warmth and exceptional tenacity. Together, they create a luminous and comfortable halo that envelops the fragrance without weighing it down.
White Musks are the signature of hold and comfort. They are the invisible soul of the fragrance, what makes it blend with the skin to create a unique trail for each person. We wanted this "second skin" feeling, clean and sensual.
White musks are synthetic molecules created in a laboratory. Modern versions are designed to be safe for cosmetic use and more environmentally friendly.

Top notes: generally hesperidic (citrus) and aromatic families (e.g. orange, yuzu, eucalyptus). Their intensity is very high at 0 h and drops quickly after a few hours. This is the expected behaviour of these volatile notes, which define the first impression of the perfume.
Heart notes: generally floral, spicy or fruity families (e.g. fig leaf, cherry blossom, tuberose). Their intensity is moderate at first, peaks around 6 h, then gradually fades. They form the character and main theme of the perfume.
Base notes: generally woody, amber, leathery or chypre families (e.g. vetiver, vanilla, sandalwood, patchouli). They start with a low intensity that increases and stabilises to become dominant after 12 h and 24 h. They form the sillage and ensure the perfume's longevity.
Our perfumers pair the most volatile raw materials with base or structural notes to improve their natural longevity.
The notes of each Parfum du Voyage react differently on every skin, creating subtle or sometimes striking variations that reflect your individuality. When you wear one of our perfumes, you live a personal olfactory experience that no one else can copy.

La principale différence réside dans leur méthode de remplissage et leur facilité d'utilisation. Bien que les deux permettent de recharger vos flacons de 50mL et 11mL, leur conception est différente :

2. Screw the "funnel" tip of the refill onto the bottle to refill, clockwise.
3. Once screwed on tightly, the bottle fills by itself thanks to the air intake. If it does not fill immediately, shake the refill gently to help the perfume flow down. Wait until the bottle is full. When there are no more bubbles in the refill, filling is complete.
4. Unscrew the refill by its tip, holding it firmly.
